CALL FOR PAPERS
The 19th International Conference on Control, Automation, Robotics and Vision (ICARCV 2026), will be held in Halong Bay, Vietnam, Nov 14-17, 2026. The conference is organized by Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and technically co-sponsored by IEEE Control Systems Society. The conference will be held fully in physical mode this time. ICARCV has a history of more than 30 years. It focuses on both theory and applications mainly covering the topics of control, automation, robotics and computer vision. In addition to the technical sessions, there will be invited sessions, plenary speeches, keynote speeches, and plenary panel sessions.
The topics of interest include, but are not limited to
- Papers must be written in English and should describe original work in details.
- Proposals for invited sessions can be submitted online at the same web address. Upon acceptance, authors are required to register and present their papers at the conference.
- Papers which make outstanding contributions to the relevant topics will be considered for best paper awards.
- In accordance with IEEE requirements, only PDF files will be accepted.

Submission & Registration Policies
- All papers submitted to ICARCV 2026 must be in English and follow the standard IEEE 2-column format. Initial submissions should not exceed eight (8) pages and must be uploaded via PaperCept.
- For inclusion in the conference proceedings, each accepted paper is limited to six (6) pages, with the option to extend up to eight (8) pages subject to additional page charges. Presenting the paper at the conference is required for publication. At least one author must register, attend, and present the paper.
- To uphold academic integrity, all submissions will be screened for originality using the iThenticate tool to identify overlap with previously published content. The Technical Program Committee will consider the results during the review process.

Extended Abstract Submission
- We welcome Extended Abstract submissions to provide greater flexibility for authors who may not be able to prepare a full manuscript by the submission deadline.
- The length of extended abstracts must be between two (2) and four (4) pages and follow the same IEEE 2-column template.
- Extended abstracts will be included in the conference proceedings but not submitted to IEEE Xplore or EI Compendex. Previously published results may be submitted.
